Chocolate Chip Cookie Bread

Easy and fast chocolate chip cookie bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar Cookie Bread Dough
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Or As Many As Your Heart Desires
  • 2 Tbl Sugar Cinnamon and Sugar Mixture
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • Kitchen Aid Mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven 350F
  2. Prep cookie sheet or two loaf pans with parchment baking paper or butter.
  3. Put in large bowl eggs, sugar (1 cup), vegetable oil, flower, vanilla, and baking powder.
  4. Mix ingrediants together.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Divide dough in half.
    Crunchy: Spread thin on cookie sheet.
    Soft: Shape into loaf or put in loaf pan
  7. Bake for 12 minutes
  8. Small bowl, stir together cinnamon and sugar (2 tablespoons)
  9. Remove from oven.
    Dough spread thin on baking sheet: Cut long ways in thirds and short in one inch thick.
    Loaf Shape: Cut one inch thick
  10. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar
  11. Put back in oven for 12 minutes more. Or until golden brown. If baking in loaf shape or in loaf pan may take longer.
